Intention

Our intentions are like mini programs that we create with our mind. Intentions affect the probability distributions of outcomes in physical reality. Outcomes may include whether your team wins the world cup or not, to how you respond to, or perceive information. The more you think about and intend specific outcomes, the more likely that outcome becomes. Outcomes that are decided based on a series of choice points are influenced in the direction of intention over time.

Empowering Your Intentions:

Clarity is Key: Define your goals and intentions with precision. The clearer your vision, the stronger your focus and the more potent your intentions become.

Visualization Power: Imagine your desired outcome with vivid detail. See yourself achieving your goal, feeling the success and satisfaction.

Remember: Cultivating mental focus and intention is a journey, not a destination. There will be stumbles and setbacks, but with consistent practice, you can develop the razor-sharp focus needed to seed intentions.

The "Rice Experiment" invites you to explore this possibility in a simple, hands-on way. Here's how to create your own intention experiment. Materials are 3 identical jars with lids, white rice, water, paper and pen. Divide the rice equally into the jars. Label one jar "Love," another "Hate," and leave the third unlabeled as a control. Fill each jar with water, ensuring equal amounts. Close the lids and place them in a sunny spot with similar access to light and temperature.

For 10 minutes daily, focus on each jar with your designated intention. Send love, warmth, light, and positive vibrations surrounding the rice in the first jar. Send hate and negativity to the second jar. Simply observe the third control jar. Over the next month, check on the jars regularly. Look for any differences in sprouting, mold growth, or overall condition. Note your observations and reflections in a journal. Maintain regular observations and intention-setting practices for the experiment's duration.
