Psychic Protection


Just as the world has many opportunities for positivity there exists a negative aspect. We live in a reality of dualities. For the experience of happiness, there needs to be the experience of sadness. For there to be a good there also needs to be a bad. That being said, the experience of this physical reality of dualities does not include a rule that says you should experience both aspects in equal measure. We do have the greatest opportunities for growth during difficult times, however if difficult times are the norm in our lives, we are likely to become maladaptive and need help to recover. 

We are all both individuals with a singular consciousness, and members of a collective consciousness. New inventions, or knowledge and science are often independently discovered/created at the same time in different parts of the world that are not directly communicating with each other. This is in part due to this collective consciousness that we share as a species on the planet. The recent addition of the internet has added a whole new layer of connectivity - a "digital collective consciousness" so to speak, accelerating this process of collective evolution.  

Your energetic toolkit should include the ability to enhance or reduce your connection to the collective consciousness, and individuals within it. One of the biggest reasons to do this would be to block or disconnect from negative energies. We resonate with energies that match our thoughts and feelings at the time. If we are experiencing very negative thoughts and feelings we attract like energies to us. Over time this affects our personal energy signature, acting like a magnet for the negative. To disconnect and improve the influence of the lighter aspect we should actively move our thoughts in a more positive direction. This could include a meditation session each day that concentrates on a process of visualizing white light entering your body and removing any impurities found. Remember it isn't the individual practice that magically removes negativity, but the positive mindset that the meditation session introduces. The visualizations influence your whole day and help move your mind in a positive direction.
