My Personal Coat Of Arms

My personal coat of arms serves as a reminder of some of the goals I've set for myself in life. It also serves as a public display of core aspects to my personality(the dragon and phoenix symbology). My core motto, "Nosce Te Ipsum" meaning "Know Thyself" in Latin, speaking to the deep yearning in my soul for us to know ourselves better and in the process heal some of the hurt we may be carrying or how this may be showing up in the world around us. In having a more complete understanding of what it means to be an authentic expression of our true selves we have the opportunity to connect with others in more meaningful ways.
